Our corporate headquarters are located in the United Kingdom and our new offices will be opening soon in Orlando, Florida. We are a remote first company, so all roles can be considered both fully remote or hybrid.

Business Development Manager

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Orlando, FL based if hybrid)

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at USA Awards. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing strong partnerships to enhance our awards platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify new partners and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key industry leaders.
  • Manage customer engagement and communication programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of our awards offerings and services.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost the brand presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the awards industry is a plus.

Key Accounts Manager

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Orlando, FL based if hybrid)

Job Description: USA Awards is seeking a dedicated and strategic Key Accounts Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our most valuable clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and customizing our offerings to meet those needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to offer tailored solutions to clients.
  • Coordinating with various internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer’s usage of our product and services, and providing feedback to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
